The "Jose Oquendo" of Soul Sacrifice.  Utility man Jim hails from
Reno, Nevada and is starting to feel comfortable playing other
things besides his monster keyboard chops...  and now a proud
owner of a Hammond B-3000 Organ!!!!

If there's such thing as an 80s music junkie, that would be Jim.
"The 80s opened up the door for keyboard players.  Everything
was being played on the keys.  Synth horns.  Synth Bass.  Synth
Strings.  Synth drums.  Synth Synth.  Fortunately they haven't
shut that door yet!"
he quips.  Instead of The Beatles, The Stones,
and Zeppelin, Jim had Men At Work, Peter Gabriel, and of course
80s Santana.

"Not only was the trademark B-3 being used, but Carlos started
incorporating Tom Coster's moog, Richard Baker's synthsiser,
and Alan Pasqua's sparkling EP.  Most people associate Carlos
Santana with the guitar, but I find the keyboard parts just as
groundbreaking,"

He's been known to bring that 80's keytar and ham it up.
