A veteran of the Dallas stage for many years, Robert is the reason
for this whole project. He and George had been playing off & on
and decided that there must be some guys out there who can
appreciate the music of Santana.

The grandson of legendary trombonist Jack Teagarden, it's
no wonder Robert is the Music Director of Soul Sacrifice. His
ability and leadership on stage and off are like no other.
"People often ask me if my technical side developed before my
creative side," he confides. "I always answer that unlike in the
chicken-or-the-egg debate, both aspects arrived in me
simultaneously. I definitely view the musical world through
two different lenses. I firmly see it in terms of the technical
and tactile, as well as from an artistic and inspirational standpoint.
The secret for success is to strike a balance between the two."
